After the test dates, all testing with NEC FR2.0 cars is strictly forbidden on all tracks of
the Northern European Cup calendar

Every team is allowed to choose one home track on which they can test without limitation
(unless it is a NEC FR2.0 circuit, then testing is banned two weeks prior to the race weekend)
